Ingredients (2 servings):
2 shallots and 2 garlic gloves
Chinese preserved raddish
Diced 1cm carrots and celery
Refrigerated cold rice
4 Pak Choy (or other green vegetable)
Instant sweet corn (creamy-style)
Unsalted baked/deep dried cashew nuts
1/2 Sweet basil
Black pepper powder
Vegetarian mushroom oyster sauce
Finely chopped, 2 table spoons
1 cup each
1 pack (380g)
Chopped, 4 table spoons
2 table spoons (optional)
What to do:
● Add 2 table spoons of oil in a wok until hot,
then add shallots and garlic, stir until fragrant.
● Add preserved raddish, carrots and celery and
stir until soft.
● Add salt and pepper powder to taste.
● Set these ingredients aside on the wok and pan-
fry the eggs until fully cooked.
● Cut up the cooked eggs into small pieces. Mix in
the cold rice and cook.
● Add Pak Choy and mushroom oyster sauce.
● Add the creamy corn and green onion.
● Ser ve with fresh basil and cashew nuts.
